When you request a quote, join a waitlist, or register for a Factory of Legends workshop, we collect the information you provide directly, which may include your name, email address, phone number, location, and details about your project or booking.

If you make a payment for a workshop, your payment is processed directly by Stripe. We do not collect or store your card details — Stripe handles this in accordance with its own privacy and security standards.

2. Cookies and Analytics

We use Matomo, a self-hosted analytics platform running on our own servers, to understand how visitors use our site. Matomo is configured to run without tracking cookies.

For our Factory of Legends workshops, run in partnership with All Purpose Coatings (APC), we use the Meta Pixel (Facebook/Instagram) to measure and improve the performance of advertising for these workshops. The Meta Pixel sets a cookie in your browser and shares information about your visit — such as pages viewed and whether you completed a registration — with Meta Platforms, Inc. and with APC, so that advertising for these specific workshops can be measured and optimised. This does not affect other parts of the website or your Terms & Conditions with us.

We do not currently show a cookie consent banner. If you would prefer not to be tracked by the Meta Pixel, you can use your browser's tracking protection settings or an ad-blocking extension.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information you provide to respond to quote requests, process and manage workshop bookings, communicate with you about your enquiry or booking, and improve our website and services. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

4. Who We Share Information With

We share information only where necessary to provide our services or run our advertising:

• Stripe — to process workshop payments.

• Meta Platforms, Inc. — advertising measurement for Factory of Legends campaigns only, via the Meta Pixel.

• All Purpose Coatings (APC) — our workshop advertising partner, who receives aggregated advertising performance data for Factory of Legends campaigns only.

• Cloudflare — to protect our forms from spam and automated abuse.

5. Data Security

We take reasonable steps to protect the information we hold from misuse, loss, and unauthorised access.

You may ask us what personal information we hold about you, request that we correct it, or request that we delete it, subject to any legal or contractual obligations that require us to retain it (for example, records relating to a completed booking).
